Sharing a making love for classical music music, as well as electronic and ambient techno, distich Telefon Tel Aviv (Joshua Eustis and Prince Charles Barrel maker) formed in 1999 in Newly Siege of Orleans. After a four-song demonstration made its manner to observational electronic tag Hefty records, the duet released their debut full-length, Gabriel Daniel Fahrenheit Fair Sufficiency, in Sept 2001. In addition to this transcription, Telefon Tel Aviv has contributed to several other projects, including Slicker (to a fault on Hefty) and remixes for Nine Inch Nails' Things Falling Apart EP. As well in 2001, the duo composed the score for New Port South, a feature celluloid by Kyle James Fenimore Cooper (manager of the primary winding title sequence to Seven-spot and shine through of Imaginary Forces, a Los Angeles radiation pattern firm).
